Good Morning Barracudas,

This is a friendly reminder that time trials and photos will occur on SATURDAY, JUNE 8, 2024. YOU NEED TO ENTER YOUR CHILD(REN) IN THE EVENTS THEY WANT TO SWIM AT TIME TRIALS BY TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 2024 at 9:00 p.m. to guarantee their entry in the meet program. SWIMMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SWIM AT TRIALS IF THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH MONTGOMERY COUNTY AND BETHESDA BARRACUDAS. Please sign up to volunteer. Just click on Job Signup. Please be advised if you are interested in purchasing individual swimmer photos, they will be taken this Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 6:45 a.m. Please complete the attached form and bring the completed form to the photo shoot. Cash, Checks and Venmo is accepted. Venmo @abbykellyphoto and checks are payable to Abby Kelly Photography. The team photo will be taken this Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 7:30 a.m. The team photo is included in the team fee. T-Shirts and swim caps will be distributed prior to the team photo so please arrive at the pool by 7:00 a.m.

How to Register for Time Trials

• Go to www.bebarracudas.org and click Login.

• Sign on to your account. If you can’t remember your password, click Unable to login to reset your password.
• Go to Home page and select Meets & Events tab.

• Scroll down to June 8 Time Trials and Team Photo
• Click Meet Entry
• Register for all the events your child(ren) would like to swim. Be mindful of your child(ren)'s age(s) and skillset(s). For example, the 100 IM may be too challenging for a swimmer who is under the age of 8.

• Click the Job Sign-up link and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign in both parents to save time of registering, scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip this step.
