Hi Barracudas!

Our 3rd B Meet will be against Somerset at 5545 Warwick Place, Chevy Chase, MD 20815. Register by 9:00 pm tonight 

Here's what to know:

What to swim - Swimmers may swim three individual stroke events. If they'd like to swim a fourth event, it must be the I.M. If you register for four individual stroke events, your child will be scratched from the butterfly.

More on what to swim: Kids MAY NOT swim events they swam in this week's A meet. No exceptions. 

Note: Somerset does not allow any swimmers to scratch in/deck enter events so please sign your kids up for the correct events by tonight’s deadline. 

Volunteer - PLEASE sign up for volunteer jobs when you sign your kids up to swim.

We need:

1 Assistant Clerk of Course
1 Assistant Head Timer
9 Timers
1 Automation Assistant
1 Runner (just to collect DQ slips)

Parking - 

Parking inside the pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team but is extremely limited. Please instruct your families to not drive over the wood bridge unless they require ADA parking. Overflow parking is available on residential side streets but please be mindful not to block any driveways. If dropping off swimmers please do so at the entrance to the Pool parking lot at the corner of Falstone Ave and Warwick Place.

Timeline - 

Arrive at 5:00 pm

Warm ups will begin at 5:20 p.m.

Volunteers check in at 5:30 p.m.

Food - there will be a Food Truck on site, Timber Pizza, and Clayboys will be there selling shave ice. They will also have snacks and drinks available for purchase through our concessions table (cash & Venmo only). Separately, water, fruit and snacks will be provided for the volunteers.

Meet Programs – We will not be selling programs at the meet.
