Date, Location & Schedule

The meet will be held at the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center on Sunday, July 27th. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am and the first Event will start at 8:00 am. The facility will open at 6:30 am. If the meet is postponed or suspended due to inclement weather the meet will resume on July 29th at the same time.

The entire pool will be available for general warm-up but only lanes 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Competition area will be available for Starts and Sprints. The warm-up schedule is as follows:

Time Age Groups

7:00 thru 7:20 - 12 & Under

7:20 thru 7:40 - 13 & Over

7:40 thru 7:50 - All Ages - Late Warm-up

Lanes 2, 3, 6 and 7 will be used for Starts and Sprints throughout the Warm-up session. All other lanes will be available for General Warm-up. All swimmers must enter the pool at the Start End only.

With the exception of the Start and & Sprint lanes, all swimmers must enter the pool feet first.

Continuous warm-up will be available throughout the meet at the far end of the pool (non-Competition area) but no Starts will be allowed during continuous warm-up. Feet first entry only!

There will be NO other pools at the Center available for warm-up.
